Eudenus's Elusive Wedded Bliss (or, "How Our Intrepid Hero Finally Breached the Treasure Trove!")

I have introduced three different mercenary ladies to Eudenus (Hammond Hill), and have yet to see the two lovebirds wind up happy! I assume if I give up the right lady, Eudensus will hand me the key to his mysterious upstairs room.

The game script suggests four possible outcomes for Eudenus and his bride. I've seen two of them, but alas, still no treasure rampage!

Hint: *spoilers* I did not give him Iris, Myra, or Nikita. I gave him Jenka, Melina, and nobody.
