With only seven seals, doesn't Farus need to take the other, smaller transporter to Andel, get the eighth seal from the lava cave (saved by Igles the Giant), and then warp back to Eltz, only to lose all eight seals to the four Angels first?
Then, the four Angels - even though beaten by Farus - threaten to kill Petro. Farus has no option but to give up the eight seals, but the Angels kidnap Petro instead of killing him, depart for Lennus, and that's when Farus follows them to Lennus to get the seals back. Then, he returns to Eltz with all eight seals regained, the last pair when he saves Petro from Belts in the Sky Fortress. Only then should he be able to access the pedestal room and place the "eight" seals At that time, Petro is with Midia and the Taiga people on the floating castle.
Anyway, the Rainbow of Gravity takes Farus from Eltz to Lennus before they merge, and the the nucleoplastic cave takes him from Petro's castle on Eltz to the bottom level of the Throne of the Immortals, on Lennus, after all eight seals are placed on the pedestals.
In other words, it should be impossible to access the pedestal room with only seven seals.
