A moment ago, Tom seemed to be the urgent one. After this line, the group is left standing in a deserted Bazel Village with no clear sense of purpose or function. For a while, no matter which direction Brian takes the party, Ain tells him they should be moving forward. At the Temple, I am unable to find any villagers. Once I speak to the high priest at the temple, the game pushes Brian into AREA-2, and reversal to AREA-1 seems impossible. Maybe word of Tom's sister Aris, comes later in this alternative scenario, caused by fighting too many extra battles in AREA-1.
