It depends more on your computor than the emulator, assuming your machine has standard USB ports to plug in perephrials, most any gamepad will work and there are many of them--I use a cheapo adapter that Radio Shack sells for 5-10 bucks that adapts a standard playstation gamepad to work with a PC. Depending on your operating system, you'll need to insure windows detects it and set it up in whichever emulator you decide to use. Znes works fne for me on Windows XP as does Snes9X.
